Practice Owner/Veterinarian

Dr. Malgieri graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. She was inducted into the Phi Zeta veterinary honor society prior to graduation. Her professional interests include preventive health care, animal behavior, general medicine, and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Malgieri previously served as the Director of Shelter Medicine for the Potter League for Animals. She completed specialized training in high quality, high volume spay and neuter (HQHVSN) techniques, as well as the Fear Free for Shelters certificate course. She is a member of the Rhode Island Veterinary Medical Association.  Dr. Malgieri resides in East Greenwich, RI with her husband, children, and Dalmatian “Albert.”

Sharie is currently pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Cavite State University – Main Campus. With a strong interest in animal welfare, she has volunteered in several community spay and neuter programs, where she continues to gain hands-on experience in preventive care and population control. She currently resides in Calauan, Laguna, Philippines, and shares her home with her beloved Aspin named “Taba.”
